"Andrew's Casserole"

This casserole doesn't really have a name because it is something I just made up.  It is my son's FAVORITE casserole I make.  Enjoy!

1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 box of Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
1 small can tomato soup

Brown meat.  While meat is cooking, cook macaroni and cheese dinner according to the box or the way you normally make it.  =)

After meat is browned and macaroni is done and cheese is mixed in, mix the macaroni and cheese and the meat together.  Add the tomato soup.  Cook on simmer until warmed together.

I usually serve this with garlic toast and a little salad.  I have also added mushrooms to this casserole as well.

Enjoy!

Patti's Potato Pie

1 lb ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pouches of instant potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In one pan, brown ground beef. Mix in cream of mushroom soup with browned meat. In separate sauce pan, make 2 pouches of instant potatoes according to the package. I used Butter, Cheddar & Garlic and a combination of the two. In a 8x8 glass baking dish, put half of the done instant potatoes on the bottom. Next put all the beef/soup combination on top. Then put the remaining potatoes on top. Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at
250 degrees until cheese is melted.

Enjoy!
